Everyday Enlightenment Cards
These Everyday Enlightenment cards are the first in what will be a series of self empowerment cards.
I personally use a number of different decks, as the mood strikes, so I want to be able to offer and share that with others. I will also be creating an Everyday Enlightenment journal that can be used along with this deck, or on its own.
How to Use the Cards
My favorite way of recommending how to use this deck of 48 cards is to have you sit quietly, taking in a few long, slow, deep breaths while holding them.
At that point you can either pay attention as your thoughts come and go, or have a specific question in mind that you want some clarity around.
At other times you might want to just mentally ask what you need to know and/or focus on for the day, and see what comes up.
Then shuffle the cards, draw one and do the breath-work. State the declaration on the card out loud, i.e. “I am Joyful”.
Read over the card, and sit with your thoughts, and/or write in your journal or notebook any insights that you receive.
You could also leave the card where you can see it throughout the day, as a reminder of what to focus on.
You might find this practice helps to keep your mindset in the positive, and discover empowering ways of being.
